Dear Valued Customers, We want to keep you informed about important updates regarding our shipping options to Canada. While we primarily use USPS for international shipments, Canada post has been returning your packages to us. This is causing us to pay for the packages to be returned to us and then we have to ship them back out to our customers. As a result, we have chosen to use FedEx for shipments going to Canada in order to ensure your package gets to you. FedEx requires that you use a broker to import the seed. This is unfortunately a cost that you as the customer are solely responsible for. GeoSeed has no control over Canada post and have been unable to get any resolution as to why our packages will not clear. Our goal is to provide the best shipping experience, and FedEx offers reliable tracking and secure delivery. While shipping charges may vary, we will always strive to keep rates as competitive as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please do not hesitate to reach out to customer service support team at 888-645-2323 or svc@geoseed.com. Thank you for your continued support! GeoSeed |
